| PAYMENT |
| A cash payment may be made to the driver on the day of travel, unless tickets for any event which we are supplying
are required, in this instance payment must be made in advance by cheque, credit or debit card. A 2.5% charge will be
added for payments by credit card. No charge will be incurred for debit cards.

| GROUPS |

| Payment is required 3 days before any trip if there are 4 or more passengers in the party. Payment can be made to
the office via debit or credit card.

| CANCELLATIONS |
Cancellation of any trip must be made by 5.30pm 2 days before travel; otherwise full payment will be required
irrespective of the reason.

| DELAYS |
Walton's Coach Hire Ltd can accept no liability for delays incurred by adverse weather and traffic conditions.
The company can accept no responsibilty for additional costs incurred by the late arrival of passengers for the departure
of the coach.

| CHILD FARE |
Child Fare 0-14 is half the adult rate unless otherwise stated.

| MEALS AND ADMISSION |
Meals and admission costs for any venue are NOT included in brochure listed price, unless specifically detailed.

| NOT ENOUGH PASSENGERS |
Trips are subject to cancellation if not enough bookings are made to make the trip viable.

| SEATING ARRANGEMENTS |
The company reserves the right to make alternative to passengers' agreed seats when necessary.

We operate a no smoking policy on all our vehicles.

| SEAT BELTS |
It is required by law and the liability of all passengers to ensure that seatbelts are worn and securely fastened
at all times. The company cannot be held responsible for any incidents resulting from this requirement being ignored.

| To comply with current legislation our drivers are not permitted to give a commentary whilst driving.
